Moving ForWarD in Prime Programs
This guide for providing feedback and coaching to instructors includes:
Content Ratings: Assessing the “what” of delivery, including instructor expertise on program curriculum and concepts
Process Ratings: Assessing how the instructor delivers content
- Finish Line Focus – Ability to provide direction and structure
- Working With – Skill at forming respectful collaboration with participants
- Defusing Dissent – Skill at managing active resistance within the group
