Dr David Rosengren is a clinical psychologist and author of the well-known book Building Motivational Interviewing Skills: A Practitioner Workbook. He has extensive experience in training, research, and practice focused on addiction, mental health, and other behavioural interventions. He is also affiliated with the Prevention Research Institute, where he promotes evidence-based training.
Dr Lynne Johnston is a consultant clinical psychologist specialising in health and medical psychology. She has a strong academic background, including two doctorates, and has been involved in MI training and supervision since 1997. She is currently collaborating with Rosengren on the book Motivational Interviewing from the Inside Out, which focuses on self-practice and self-reflection in MI training.
Dr Charlotte Hilton is a Chartered Psychologist in the UK with expertise in health psychology, integrated care, and elite sport. She partners with the NHS and uses her experience to deliver impactful research and training. Charlotte is a leading Motivational Interviewing trainer, tailoring sessions for healthcare, leadership, and sport. Her work highlights evidence-based practice, self-reflection, and improved organisational communication.
